After signing the Land Allocation contract, you must submit the relevant project documents to our Regional Directorate within 1 year.If your project content is suitable and approved by the regional directorate, you can start the construction process by issuing the Building Permit.
If your period for obtaining a 1-year Building Permit has expired, if you apply in writing to the board of directors, an additional period of 6 months may be given for the project delivery if the reasons are examined and deemed appropriate by the decision of the board of directors.Otherwise, your land allocation contract will be cancelled.
The duration of your building permit is 2 years.If your 2-year term expires, the board of directors may decide to grant an additional 2-year period if you apply to the chairman of the board of directors in writing, explaining your justified situation.If you have not completed the project after completing a total of 4 years, the ministry may grant an additional period of 1 year.
